Kanagawa-ken , Aichi-ken , Toukyou-to . A variant of the 御嶽 . Kanagawa-ken Hadano-shi Bodhisattva, Aichi-ken Nishio-shi Nishiki-machi was in the Edo period in the Edo era in the Echizen Katsuyama clan of the clan office, Fukui-ken Katsuyama-shi Motomachi. The Echizen Katsuyama clan says he changed his name from the Utaki surname he had called from the Utaki of Nagano-ken and told that he came from 1688 to 1704 (Genroku year).
