大分県、大阪府、鹿児島県。ミユキも含む分布。コウ、サイワイ、サチは稀少。鹿児島県でコウ、東京都でサイワイが存在。

①個人名。熊本県阿蘇市一の宮町宮地では「幸」を通字としていた新宮氏が鎌倉時代に改姓したと伝える。大分県大分市、大分県臼杵市臼杵が藩庁の臼杵藩士、熊本県熊本市中央区本丸が藩庁の熊本藩士に江戸時代にあった。大分県大分市家島が本拠。新宮シングウ参照。

②創賜。幸の字義は「さいわい」、「しあわせ」。鹿児島県の奄美群島の一字姓。鹿児島県大島郡徳之島町ではコウ。鹿児島県奄美市ではミユキ。

※京都府京都市北区大北山長谷町にあった邸宅の泉の水が美味だった猿楽者が1429年から1441年（永享年間）に賜った事例があった。姓はミユキでコウに変更。山口県下関市長府宮崎町が藩庁の長府藩の能役者に江戸時代にあった。同藩では京都府京都市の出と伝える。来住の時代は不詳。

③シナ（中国）系。長崎県大村市で1992年7月8日に帰化の記録あり。日本音はコウ、シナ音はシン。
