Kyouto-fu . Creation . Mie-ken tells that in the middle of Kyouto-fu · Hyougo-ken Tanba-shi (formerly Tamba Country) helped the Emperor in the Muromachi period and was given in the meaning of "the head of man". Emperor 's name unknown. There is also a story that the same place changed the pronunciation to Nincho around 1910.
