③石川県輪島市門前町道下発祥。戦国時代に記録のある地名。同地に安土桃山時代にあった。地名、姓はトウゲ。
④岐阜県飛騨市河合町角川の小字の道下から発祥。同地付近に分布あり。
⑤岐阜県高山市久々野町渚の小字の道下から発祥。同地に江戸時代にあった。
