① Creation . Ken-Iwate Oushuu-Shi Mizusawa footmen who were in the vicinity of the alley is Iwate-Ken Oushuu-Shi tell and bestowed from the lord of Mizusawa Otemachi, Mizusawa Castle. Estimated in the Edo period.
② Personal name . In Toyama-ken Uodzu-shi , Tsuda Sachi Rashi tells that the old name changed to Konagami's surname and further expressed as "high yen" notation. Tsuda Sachi Ratio pronunciation by old estimation is Tsuchitsackhiko.
