② Korean type . Originated from Yangsan in Gyeongju city, Gyeongsangbukdo, Republic of Korea. From the tradition that Park Shiokuza of Silla arrived at Yangshan in Silla's founding myth. There is a record of naturalization on Yamaguchi-ken San'youonoda-shi (former: Onoda-shi) on May 8, 1980. The real name is Park. 朴 Boku reference.

② Korean type . Originated in Miryang City, South Gyeongsangnam Province. Miryang's "yang" is used. There is a record of naturalization on Fukuoka-ken Dazaifu-shi (formerly Tazuki- gun Dazaifu Town) on July 3, 1980. The real name is Park. 朴 Boku reference.

③ Hiroshima-ken Mihara-shi Meiji New surname by monk of Kamitoji in Shingon sect in Numata. Isamiyama is the mountain name of the temple.
