① Chiba-ken Sanbu-gun Yokoshibahikari-machi Origin of Oota (Kotabe). A place name with a record since the Edo period. Ken-Ibaraki Tsukuba-Shi in the large Ibaraki-Ken Tsukuba-Shi tell and was working the outside SL in Oda castle that was in Oda. Estimated in the Warring States Period. Ibaraki-ken Mito-shi Sannomaru was in the Edo period in the Mito samurai of the Clan office. The pronunciation is Kotabe.

② Fukuoka-ken Fukuoka-shi Originated from Kotabe, Sayara District. The name of a place with a record in the notation of "Kotae" during the Northern and Morning Dynasty. Fukuoka-ken Yanagawa-shi Honjo-machi was in the Edo period in the Yanagawa samurai of the clan office.
