Hyougo-ken . Hyougo-ken Koube-shi Originated from Motomachi, Chuo-ku (formerly running water (Hashido)). A place name with a record since the Edo period. There is a place to assume that the place name is from what Mr. Koko developed. In the Asuka period there was a family name of Hakushito.
