Kagoshima-ken Satsumasendai-shi . Kagoshima-ken Satsumasendai-shi Originated from horse ratio tail of a poor character in the lower ranked town. There was a horse ridge gate of the gate division system in the Edo period in the same place. The gate name tells that the horse on which the Kukai of the Heian period priest raced and had fallen.
