Tottori-ken . Originated from Tottori-ken Tottori-shi 's Chiyoda (Sendai) river. Tottori-ken Tottori-shi In Kowan, Tottori-ken Tottori-shi Higashi Town reports that Tottori clan of the clan government came back to the Edo period and changed from Yokoyama surname to Nishio surname and made it to Chiyo Nishio surname. There is also a story that it invested personal property in the repair work of the Chiyogawa flowing through the area.
