Birth of Iwate-ken Ichinoseki-shi . A place name with a record in the notation of "Ichinoseki" in the Warring States Period. Iwate-ken tells that in Esashi of Oushuu-shi , Ichinoseki's "Seki" was used and it was called in the Edo period.

There is a place name including "Seki". Kanagawa-ken Odawara-shi , Saitama-ken Gyouda-shi Honmaru was in the Edo period as a shrine clan of the Clan office.
