Kumamoto-ken Yatsushiro-shi , Nagasaki-ken .

① Topography . From water flow (crane) and mountains. It was in the Edo period in Kumamoto-ken Yatsushiro-shi . Nagasaki-ken Nagasaki-shi Kamihana Shimane-cho has a mountain name of Tsuruyama.

② Nagasaki-ken Nagasaki-shi Kamiura Uebara Birth originated from Tsuruyama in Nakao-cho, Nakao-cho.

③ Shizuoka-ken Hamamatsu-shi Tenryu-ku was born in the Warring States period as the castle owner of Tsurugase castle in the Harunomachi Kencho district.

④ things . Yamaguchi-ken Ube-shi Meiji New surname by the priest of the Jodo priest of Jodo Shin Buddhism located in Higashiyoshibu. "Tsuru" and "mountain" are used from Tsuruyama Mountain of the temple's mountain.

⑤ Korea type . Terrain . "Mountain" added to "Crane" including Choi. Fukuoka-ken Yame-shi , there is a record of naturalization on June 15, 1962. Choi is the real name. 崔 Sai reference.
