Iwate-ken . Iwate-ken birthplace of Shiwa Town, Shiwa District. A place name with a record since the Heian period. Iwate-ken Shiwa-gun Shiwa-chou tells me that when he consulted at the office at the Meiji New surname, officials suggested that "Shiwa" should be reversed, so I adopted it.
