① Oosaka-fu Izumi-shi Fukase (Fukase) is a place name with a record since the Edo period. Niigata-ken Jouetsu-shi Honjo-machi was in the Edo period in the Echigo Takada Samurai of the Clan Office.

② Kagoshima-ken Kirishima-shi Kokubu originated from Fukose in Kokubu Fukushima. There was Fukase gate of the gate division system in the Edo period in the same place.
